Fall 2024 Bible Study Opportunities

All of these Bible study opportunities are open to the public. If you are exploring the idea of faith, welcome! If you are a Sunday attender at another church but are looking for something closer during the week, welcome! No matter who you are or where you are from or what you believe, you are welcome at our church and in our Bible studies.

“God Connects” Basic Christian Teachings Class

“God Connects” is a 12-week course meeting Sundays after church beginning on 9/15. This course is a great review class for longtime Christians and is the "new member" class for those exploring membership at Redeemer. We will review the basic teachings of the Christian church from the Lutheran perspective. Pastor John makes this a safe and fun place where you can ask any question that comes to mind.

NEW! “Galatians: Unpacking the Good News of Freedom and Faith”

Are you exploring faith in Christ or seeking deeper freedom and purpose in your spiritual journey? Join us for "Galatians: Unpacking the Good News of Freedom and Faith," where we’ll dive into Paul’s transformative message of grace. This study will help you break free from guilt, embrace your identity in Christ, and find the confidence to live out your faith with joy. Whether you're new to faith or looking to grow, this is your opportunity to experience true spiritual freedom in a supportive community of friends on the journey of faith.

Paul’s Sunday Morning Bible Study

Paul Schutz has been leading a Bible study on Sunday mornings at 9am every Sunday for who-knows-how-long. He always starts with a comic. Then the group works through whatever Bible study material Paul brings. It’s a relaxed atmosphere of spiritual growth accompanied by plenty of laughter. No signup is necessary.

Tuesday Women’s Bible Study

After taking a break for the summer, The Tuesday Women’s Bible Study will start up September 10th at 1pm. They will be studying “Advancing Through Adversity” by Dr. Charles Stanley. Dr. Stanley provides a new perspective on the trials we face and reveals what questions to ask, what the Bible tells us, and what lessons we can learn. Understanding God’s role and bolstering our courage can help us advance through our adversities rather than be overcome by them. All women are welcome to join the study. The women’s Bible study meets every Tuesday in the church library. No signup is necessary.
